Doff 2 in 1 Ant & Nest Killer Pre-Baited Traps provide a simple, no-mess way to help control ants and their nests. Each ready-to-use bait station contains a honey-based attractant that encourages worker ants to feed and carry the bait back to the nest.
Designed for use indoors and outdoors, the traps can last for up to 90 days depending on conditions. They are ideal for areas where ants are commonly seen, including around doors, windows and kitchen areas.

How to Use:
For best results, use bait stations early in the season, around March to April, before ant activity becomes widespread. Place the traps on flat surfaces under sinks or near doors and windows, away from food sources and utensils. Peel off the top label to activate the bait station and use 1–2 stations per room, at a maximum rate of one station per 8m². Once activated, do not move the station until ants are no longer seen.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the billing and delivery address is correct on their order, once dispatched we are not able to amend this.

UK Shipping is free for orders over £99. For orders under this amount the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the weight and size of the parcel.

DELIVERY TIMES
We will endeavor to dispatch your goods on the same day or next working day. Orders will be sent via Evri or Royal Mail, dependent on the contents of the order.
- Standard UK Delivery - 3-4 working days
- Next Day Delivery - 1 working day from dispatch
- Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 noon may not be dispatched until the next working day
- Working days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays

CHANGE OF MIND
We will gladly refund any item returned to us unopened within 30 days of purchase sealed in the original packaging and in a resealable condition. Return postage costs are payable by the customer.
FAULTY GOODS
If you purchased an item from us and the item is defective (within the first 30 days) we will replace it free of charge, alternatively we will offer a full refund upon receipt of the faulty goods. We will cover the cost of the return postage for faulty or incorrect items by issuing a prepaid label so the item can be dropped off at a local post office or parcel-shop.
If you purchased an item from us and the item becomes defective after 30 days we will at our discretion replace it free of charge, or alternatively we will ask you to exercise the manufacturers warranty provided with your goods.
Items returned as faulty that are found not to be faulty when tested will be returned at the buyers expense.
RETURNS PROCESS
Before returning any item to us please contact us first. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item we will issue you with a prepaid postage label which is valid for returns via the post office or a local parcel-shop drop off point. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage in case the item gets lost, please also ensure the package contents contains a record of your Name and Order Number. Once received we will endeavor to process the return within 24 hours.
